DIY studded detachable collar

I've been see the collar trend around for a while now but it's only recently that I decided to DIY one. I wanted to take step by step photos but I only remembered to do it when I already cut off the collar. ^_^

What you'll need:
- Collared shirt (got mine from mom's old stuffs)
- Scissors
- Pliers
- Studs

1) Cut the collar off the shirt. Start cutting below the first button.

2) Prepare the other materials and start putting the studs.

And ta-da! You have yourself a studded detachable collar. =)

I'm still hunting for more collared shirts. I want to DIY more of this.

Too much red? Haha.. Took some photos before going to church. It was actually mom's idea to have a photo shoot. According to her, we both look pretty so we have to have our photos taken. I was more than happy to oblige. If in case you notice my mom's footwear change, let me explain. She didn't like that I'm taller than her so she ran to my room and changed into one of my shoes. So there, you can see her wearing my wedge. ^_^

Sharing my outfit photos of what I was supposed to wear to the homecoming. I changed my mind at the last minute coz I didn't want to be overdressed. I decided change my wedges to flats. Anyway I always have this dilemma when trying to come up with an outfit, I always worry if what I'm wearing is too much. Because from where I'm from, people stick to their typical outfits and when they see someone wearing something different from theirs, something out of the box its either they see you like a clown, an alien, a nutcase or all of the above). It's a challenge to show one's individuality in a place filled with prejudice. It's hard getting used to stares and sneers but I'm getting there. Haha.. =D

Went to my high school's homecoming. and it was good to see some old familiar faces. The event was a little boring, the music and the decor was so blah, I guess it was organized by the oldies and catered for the oldies. I still had fun though but still, it could have been a whole lot better if more of my former classmates were there. I'm looking forward to a better homecoming and more attendees next year. =)

karting experience

all geared up and ready to go!

This would've been a better picture if the Mayon didn't shy away.

Spent the whole afternoon last December 20th with the BFF at Embarcadero de Legazpi. We wanted to try the go-karting (is that even a word? :D) since we both haven't done it before. The weather was a little gloomy and it did rain for a little while. The track was wet with puddles and it looked a little slippery, but it didn't stop two thrill seeking girls from going for it. When the rain stopped, we geared up and went for it. It was so fun! I didn't mind the puddle splattering all over me, the speed felt amazing! The only problem I had was after our laps was that my clothes were soaked, haha. But all in all we had a fantastic time. I loved go-karting and I'll definitely be doing it again when I get the chance.

We went zip lining too. Although I wouldn't have done it if not for May. I've tried it before almost a year ago and it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be (the line was short and it wasn't that fast. not thrilling at all). But I still did it anyway, what's there to lose, right? ^_~

I fell in love with these the instant I saw them on the shelf last December and it was on sale! Sadly I had to leave store empty handed since I was already broke from all the Christmas shopping. I was sure that it'll be gone by the time I return for them coz my size runs out pretty fast. But alas, I went there the other day and they still have my size and they're still on sale! This time I went out of the store grinning like a cheshire cat and carrying a bag with Anne Cutris' face on it.

Anyway, I've been a very bad blogger coz I haven't been updating this blog for more than a month. I got a few backlogs of blog entries so you'll be seeing those in the next few days. =)

And before I forget.. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Better late than never, right?

May and I attended the 5th year of Dugong Atenista last Sunday at the Xavier Hall, Ateneo de Naga University. We always donate blood together, the last time was last year (i have a blog post about it here). It was supposed to be our third year as blood donors but May wasn't allowed to donate coz she had a surgery six months ago. So ayun, moral support na lang siya. ^_^ Anyway, you'll think that doing it for the third time will be easy already, but that wasn't the case for me. I was still so jittery from the start until the nurse inserted the needle in my arm. Ate nurse was telling me to relax kasi nanginginig daw ako, but I can't help it! Haha...

So yeah, everything went smoothly and it's good to know my bag of blood will help four people. It definitely feels great to be able to help in my own little way. =)

Got to wear this black sheer maxi skirt again the other day. BFF and I had a day out with Rory, her adorable 3-year-old niece. Rory was so playful, she tried to hide under my skirt while we were browsing for books at NBS. ^_^ Kids, gotta love them!

My friends and I went to Tabaco City, Albay last week. We almost cancelled out little trip because of the rain but thank heavens it was pushed through because I was bored out my tree at home. So off we went. It was still raining when we boarded the jeepney to Tabaco. The scenery along the way so beautiful, I was so absorbed with it that I forgot take pictures. Luckily, the rain finally hushed down to a misty murmur when we reached the city an hour later. My friend Julius did his research before going so we know what places to check out.

The Church

San Juan Bautista Church
"Built in the 19th century by the secular clergy; the belltower features rocaille elements dated from an earlier time. The church has an unusual floor plan, with compartments that are inexplicable as of now. The stones on the walls bear masons mark, rarely seen elsewhere in this country."(NCAA website)

This edifice is recognized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts as one of 26 baroque churches in the Philippines considered as national treasure. We wanted to enter the bell tower and asked the care taker for permission but we weren't allowed. :(

Movie date with the BFF again. It's always shop/window shop, eat, talk, eat then movies whenever we see each other. Haha.. Anyway, we watched Praybeyt Benjamin last week, the line was soooo looooong parang enrollment lang sa ADNU. ^_^ We're supposed to watch the 2.30 show but when we're about to buy tickets we saw the super long line so we decided against it. We bought tickets for the 5.25 show instead. At para di maunahan sa pila we went there an hour before, so ayun kami nauna sa pila. ^___^

Have I mentioned that my room at the apartment I was renting is almost empty now? Well it is. Since I already graduated, Mom was expecting me to stay at home for a while so I brought almost everything home including my clothes. All that's left in my college room are my shoes. So yeah, been staying here in the city for a week now for some errands and I've been living out of a suitcase. I had to borrow and reconstruct V's shirt so I'll have something to wear today. Lol.

And... And... The shoes that I ordered from Asian Vogue arrived last Thursday and today, I took it for a spin. I think I've found my perfect everyday wedges. They're so light and comfy! =)

Went to watch Transformers 3 last Saturday and this is what I wore. BFF and I were supposed to to watch the movie together last Friday but something came up. So I watched with V instead. I've been anticipating that movie for so long and I must say, I wasn't disappointed at all. It was amazing! Although I kinda wish Megan Fox was still part of the movie.

Anyway, I've been so hooked with a band called April Smith and the Great Picture Show. The title of this post is actually one of my favorite songs from their Songs for a Sinking Ship album, Drop Dead Gorgeous.

Since it was sunny outside (the past days still felt like summer) and was planning to go ukay shopping with the BFF, I decided to wear something comfy, breezy and something with cheerful colors. Also used my DIYed feather earring which used to be a necklace (or headband?) that I bought a few weeks back at SM

And oh, I scored some pretty cool ukay stuffs although not so many, coz the BFF double-booked her schedule and was in a hurry. Oh well, we're gonna meet anyway tomorrow for our Transformers movie date. Will you be watching it too?

In my previous post, I told you about the car drifting event in Legazpi. I almost cancelled my plan to go there since I couldn't find anyone to go with me, but fortunately I was able to force my cousin. So yey! And oh, I was told that bloggers will be given a chance to ride in the drift car so that made me more excited! ^_^

I left home at 3PM and arrived at the venue at around 4. The first thing that caught my eyes was this cute yellow car...

I just had to take a picture with it... =)

I have videos but my connection right now sucks so I can't upload it tonight. (I'll update this entry tomorrow and put the videos.)The drivers Gio and Alex showed the crowd a few drift styles. The drifting was super cool! And oh my god, Gio Rodriguez is so gwapo and he's even more gwapo behind the wheel!!! ^_^ Haha... There were games, giveaways and a chance to ride the drift car.

The afternoon was scorching hot, then it started to rain. I thought it would be the end of the show.. But then Alex, the 5X Lateral Drift Champ pulled someone from the audience and drove the car. Bloggers, some officials and audiences were able to experience to ride in the drift car. but not me... =( Yeah.. a lot of people wanted to experience the ride so there was a little commotion. I waited for my turn but it didn't come. Oh well... It was still fun watching though.

I love fast cars and I've always been fascinated by car drifting, guess I have V to blame for that. He's the one who's obsessed with cars and he loves playing his Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, he eventually turned me into a fanatic myself. Everything I know about cars came from him. So anyway, as the photo above says, there will be a car drifting exhibition in Legazpi tomorrow. How cool is that?! Yeah, I've seen car drifting gazillion times in the movies but never in real life so I would really love to see it for myself. It's gonna be super awesome!

Wore this to a date with my BFF yesterday. Before heading to the mall, I met up with her at the hospital for her check up and the first thing she told me was "Wow, you look weird." Lol. It was raining and it was a little cold so I thought it was the perfect time to wear this thrifted oversized button down. After the check up, we had lunch and watched X-Men: First Class, I was never a fan until now. =) The movie was so good but I was lost most of the time and I kept asking May questions. We went window shopping after the movie and I couldn't resist buying these....

I'm sorry for the hiatus.. Been too lazy to take outfit photos and blog this past few weeks. The weather has been affecting my mood. It's always searing hot. Well anyway, although I'm not blogging, I've been keeping up with my favorite blogs and update myself on the Philippine Fashion Week Holiday Collection 2011. I'd would have loved to be there myself but oh well, I just have to settle with the photos for now. I sure won't miss it next time. :)

And oh... See my new shoes? I just got them the other day, it's from ChickFlick. I wore it today and got some funny comments from my friends and the usual stares from random people while on a jeepney. Kalowka lang! Hehe.. But seriously, these shoes are lightweight and super comfy. It's my new favorite summer pair. You'll be seeing more of this pair in my next posts. :)

I'm so bad at painting my nails, but I got bored so I decided to do the newspaper nail tutorial that I saw somewhere on the web few months back. And I would like to share it with you guys..

Here's what you're gonna need:

- bowl or anything you can dip your fingers into

-cotton

-clear nail polish

-light colored nail paint

-rubbing alcohol

-nail polish remover

-strips of newspaper

Here's how you're gonna do it:

1.) Apply two coats of a light colored nail polish. Let it dry.

2.) When it's dry enough, dip your finger in the rubbing alcohol for 30 seconds.

4.) Put a strip of newspaper onto your nail. Leave the paper there for 20-30 seconds. Press the paper firmly so the words won't come out faded.

5.) Pull the newspaper gently. You'll see that the words has transferred onto your nails.

6.) Wait for a few minutes before applying the clear nail polish.

My nails are a little messy because as I said, I'm really bad at painting my nails and my hands are shaky. ^_^

I'm gonna do this again sometime this week coz I'm not really satisfied with my work and I'll do better next time! Lol.

Wore this to my date with the BFF yesterday. I decided to wear something comfy and breezy so I wore my mom's maxi skirt. I've been digging mom's closet looking for maxi skirts and dresses because I remember she used to have lots of them. But unfortunately I was only able to find 2 skirts and a couple of dresses, mom said she already gave out most of her maxis. The maxi trend is not an easy thing to pull off (at least for me), I am not used to wearing skirts this long and I'm pretty sure people from around here aren't used to it either (judging from the weird stares I got), lol.. I hope I did an okay job in doning this look. Teehee... ANd oh, I also used my DIYed feather earring. Cool, eh? ^_^ So anyway, my BFF had to run some errands and she asked me to accompany her. This is what we did:

Went to the mall
Inquired at LBC
Bought 18 pieces of Mazapan
Met up with BFF's sister
Went grocery shopping
Went to thrift shops but didn't buy anything

Wore this the other day.. I wanted to pull off a comfy and laidback outfit. DIYed the top the night before. I loved the sheerness of the fabric, I wanted to shred it but I got too lazy and besides I didn't have the materials needed. I cut the sleeves, the hem and the neck area instead. Maybe I'll try to DIY a shredded top some other time. Haven't worn this shoes as much as I wanted to, they're head turners because of it's 5-inch height(from where I'm from). I still decided to take it for a spin though.

On another note, I've been dreaming of a beach getaway. But I'm still preoccupied as of the moment. My summer vacation won't start till the third week of May. *sigh* I can't wait.. Can I just fast forward to May 15th please? ^_^

Wore this to the uni graduation ceremony last March 26th. We didn't plan it but May and I both wore something floral. After a couple of hours at uni we decided to ditch the ceremony and went to Magsaysay instead. We had a few drinks, May got a first taste of tanduay ice and she loved it! We had six bottles before her cousin called her up. We met with her cousin and had dinner with her fam.

I went home and forgot to bring my broadband stick. And because I was too lazy to go out, I had no access to the Internet. All I did at home was eat, sleep,watch TV, read ebooks and play Virtual Families (but mostly eat). Great way to lose weight, eh? :)

So yeah.. Anyway, as I said in my previous post, I helped my bff May pick out her clothes for her sister's graduation. I picked out everything in her outfit except for the shoes. Everything (necklace,earrings,skirt & belt) was from SM except for the top and the shoes. She was specifically looking for a girly-girl skirt but we didn't find any at the ladies' section. Guess where we found the skirt?... At the kids' section! Lol. =) But the skirt's so pretty noh? And it was on sale too!

May and I went out again last Friday. We watched a movie. I wanted to watch Sucker Punch and she wanted Catch Me I'm In love (I always mistake the title to Catch Me I'm Falling ^_^). We ended up watching the local film. This is the her first movie of Sarah G. that I've watched on the big screen. I'm not a fan of hers, but I had a few laughs during the movie. After the movie, May went shoe shopping. She bought two wedges. I absolutely love the pair from Janeo, it was so pretty and comfy. I wanted a pair for myself too but it was the last one. Too bad for me.. I guess I'll just have to borrow from May, we have the same shoe size anyway. (you won't mind dear, right?) ^_^

My bestfriend loves to make scrapbooks too. She also bought some scrapbook materials from National Bookstore. I'm sure she's gonna blog about her scrapbook making and her shoes soon so do check out her blog. She haven't updated her blog yet coz her lappy still needs to be repaired.

Anyway, I'm so glad she's back. I finally can get out of the house and have fun. Nothing beats a girl bonding! I'm looking forward to more bonding. We both miss the night life and we're planning a night out pretty soon.

I'd like you all to meet my best friend, May..

She's my classmate in college. We weren't really that close until the 3rd year.

We were inseparable since then. My apartment was just a two-minute walk from hers.

I introduced her to ukay shopping and she's my favorite ukay buddy.

We have the same shoe size. And same height too!

We're like twins. My sister from another mother.

We're so different yet so alike.

Like normal friendship we had our own share of ups and downs but we got through it.

She graduated last year and left me alone in the uni. :(

She went back to her hometown after graduation, but she visits me once in a while.

I always look forward to her visits. We'd go shopping, watch movies and of course, eat..

She went to Tokyo last December and just got back last week.
Thankfully nothing bad happened to her and her mom during the earthquake.

So yeah, she went to visit me and we went shopping. She asked my help in picking up clothes she could wear on her sister's graduation. She would've bought them in Tokyo but she had no time na.
We were able to buy everything that she'll need and we had lots of fun.

Been pretty busy with uni stuffs and also been sulking a little bit.

I've always been fond of sweets, from sugar coated candies to ice creams and chocolates ( i even like sweet home cooked meals like sweet adobo ^_^). Sweet foods somehow comfort me. So last week, after my class, I went to the mall to check out if the department store has new shoes but to my dismay they don't. I've been checking out the shoes from Parisian section hoping that the shoes I want from their holiday collection will be there. It's such a bummer because I really want to buy the Chanel, Irene and Elle shoes.

So yeah, back to the sweets. After checking out the department store, I passed by Red Ribbon and I couldn't resist the temptation. Their cakes looks so delish! So inside I went, looked at the cakes and bought the one that I've been craving for months.

It's one of my all time favorites. It's a cake made in heaven. I love the spongy texture of it that literally melts in my mouth. And what I love most about this cake is the rich custard filling. It's a perfect cake for a sweet tooth me. So I still went home happy even without new shoes. ^_^

Hey! How have you been?
I'm sorry for the lack of updates. As usual, I'm pretty occupied with school.
I am expecting to graduate on March 26; take note, it's expecting coz there is a 30% chance that I won't be able to make it =(. College Algebra is such a pain in the a** and so is Economics! Tsk.. Being a graduating student is darn hard! But I'm keeping a positive attitude. I just need to focus and work real hard (easier said than done. haha)
Finals for the graduating students will be next week, I'll be taking 7 final exams next week. Uh-oh... I think I need to hire a tutor coz I don't think I'll make it out of my algebra class alive. Haha!

Today I checked out bookstores looking for new books to read. I actually love going to Booksale coz they have really affordable and interesting book and even greater collection of coffee table books. But nothing caught my interest that day so I went out of the store empty handed. This outfit is actually my first take on the innerwear as outwear trend. Is it so last season already? Bleh, I don't care. Haha.. He said i should dress like this more often. I looked lady like and "chicks material" daw. Lol. But yeah, I liked the outfit too, it's so breezy perfect for the hot weather.

Hey!

How are you guys? I hope you're all doing okay.

I, on the other hand is dead tired. I was a busy bee this past weeks.

School has been so demanding that I'm always knocked out when I get home.

Thank god exam week is finally over. Di ko na kailangang magsunog ng kilay! (how do I translate that in english?) Haha.. But seriously though, I had to study real hard for my exams coz graduation is just a month away and I don't want to miss it.

On another note, I wore this to school the other day. I wore my brown oxford shoes for the first time since I bought it months ago. And the the shirt, don't you just love the color? I do! =) And it kinda remind me of a renaissance costume cause of its big sleeves. As usual, I got some weird stares again. Haha... How do you guys deal with it?

Oh well.. I have to go and catch up with my favorite blogs now..

Our school hosted a job fair last February 3 and I had to be there because all graduating students were required to attend. I wasn't really interested because there aren't any companies who joined that offers jobs related to my course. We were asked to have our manuals signed by the company representatives after having the interview. I had no choice but to submit my resume and have an interview at companies which I have no intentions of applying.

So after having my manual signed by three company reps, my friend Thatch and I decided to kill time at my favorite school hang out. It was really cold but we still ate ice cream. I had two cups and Thatch had 3. It was really delicious. I must say that it's one of the best ice cream I have ever tasted so far. I wanted to have more but they ran out of my favorite flavor.

After eating, Thatch offered to take my photo. It was nice having someone to take my photos. My outfit photos usually look boring because its only taken with my tripod.

Hey guys! How's your February so far?

Mine has been pretty busy. Lots of school work, deadlines and a job fair (that's another blog post).

So yeah, I wore this to school yesterday.

I don't really know why, but I got a lot of head-to-toe stares. Lol.

I'm not even wearing anything outrageous.

Maybe its the fox tail? Or the shoes? Or the dress??

Or maybe because people from my school are just used to seeing girls generic looking girls.

Bleh, whatever! They can stare for as long as they like!

Anyway, I thought the thick dress + leggings was enough for the cool weather yesterday

but boy was I wrong. I even forgot to bring my jacket to school. I was already freezing when I finished my 9PM class. I still love the cool weather though, I just have to remember to bring my jacket when I have my 9PM class coz it gets really cold at night. How about you guys, are you loving or hating our weather lately?

Happy Thursday everyone! =)

Today is my last day in school for the week. Although tomorrow is a busy day for me again. I almost forgot that tomorrow's the last day for our yearbook photoshoot. We are required to bring corporate clothes for our creative shoot and I still don't know what I'm going to wear. And I also have no idea on what to do with my hair and my face. Everybody wants to look good in their yearbook photo, right? I don't want to hide my yearbook forever.. ^_^

First off, I'm sorry for the lack of updates for almost a week. I'll catch up with all your post later tonight. And thank you so much to those who left sweet comments on my last entry. So anyway, It was really really cold so I threw in this gray sweater and wore another jacket. I hate my morning class especially when the weather's really cold. It's so hard dragging myself up and taking a shower. I'm always late for my class on cold mornings like yesterday.

Going back to the outfit, I love the rock 'n roll feel to it. And notice that almost every item is thrifted, lol. The lace up wedges I wore is probably the comfiest ones I own. I lasted the whole day without any complaints of an aching feet. The jacket is also a favorite, I could wear it with almost anything.

This is officially my new favorite shirt. Haha.. I got it from BimBim Haus whose owner is also the person behind the blog Fashion Toy Gun. I love all the stuffs from his first collection. I would've loved to own a few of his blazers but it got sold out pretty fast. Well anyway, I got this awesome shirt so I'm still a happy shopper. I cannot wait for his next collection.

And oh, these lace up wedged booties are new too. I bought it a few weeks ago. It's 5 inches high and its the tallest shoes I own. I love it, but I wish i got the bigger size. Oh well, it's bearable anyway. =)

... is another time of the year where my high school friends and I get together to eat, laugh and have some good time. December 26 is the fiesta of Ligao City where i spent most of my high school days. Every year on this day, we go from one of our friends' house to another to eat. :)

my little big christmas

I would've wanted a fancy Christmas celebration with my family. You know, like dressing up for a fancy Christmas dinner, drinking wine and eating delish foods. But spending Christmas with people I love most is definitely better than any fancy Christmas that I have in mind. Being with them, my mom especially is enough for me. I don't really need gifts (it's just a bonus if I get any), all I need are people I love to be around me. So here's how I spent my Christmas Day..

Mom and i went to the cemetery to visit my dad, we gave him some home grown flowers. I don't remember spending any Christmas with my dad coz he's always working overseas. I was supposed to spend my first Christmas with him but sadly he was taken from us just weeks before Christmas. My mom and I always visit his grave right after attending the Christmas mass. I miss him but I know he's in a better place now.

We then went to Embarcadero de Legazpi. We had lunch, went shopping and strolled around. I wanted to stay longer but my mom insisted we go home already. She doesn't like travelling at dawn so we left at around 4:30.

Was invited to go out by my high school friends. I met up with them at around 7:30. Wed talked and laughed a lot. It could've been more fun if the others were there too but they were still in Manila during the that time. I missed hanging out with them. I'm glad I was able to spend Christmas with them.

Three more days till Christmas. How I wish i'm home with mom but I need to stay in the city for my internship. *Sigh* I hope I get to go home on the 24th. I really miss home and my mom. I miss the very Chritmas-y vibe of our home, it's loaded with reds and greens. Lol. And oh, I've been itching for a party but I don't have a chance to attend one, lame I know. So anyway, I wore this yesterday to get the other best friend's new guitar. We had to travel for four hours. I was a little upset that day coz I didn't get to this place that I haven't been to for months and he promised we'd go there after he gets his guitar. I wanted to go there so bad but it was really late and we needed to go home coz we might not catch the last trip back. I was silent the whole trip back. Wanting to change my mood, he said that he'd buy me a pair of shoes instead. I'll get a pair of shoes just by sulking. Haha.. He really knows how to perk me up. ^_^

This is what I wore today. The other best friend asked me to go shopping with him. Haha.. He bought some new pants and shirt. darn, he's a like a girl! He's so meticulous. Shopping with him was hard. Mas mapili pa siya sakin! ^_^ And apparently, he likes polo shirts a lot and he just found out that slim low cut jeans looks good on him. So yeah, I slipped in the fitting room just before he got out, a girl needs her outfit photos you know.. ^_~ After shopping, he treated me to a much deserved dinner. I had my favorite barbeque at Reyes'.

Anyway, I was also supposed to buy a gift for my best friend May who's going to Tokyo on Wednesday. She asked me to go last minute shopping with her tomorrow, I don't know how I could slip off and buy a gift while I'm with her. And I still don't know what to get her.. She'll be staying in Tokyo for three months, hope she'll be back in time for my graduation. I'll miss her a lot. (Dear, if you're reading this, I'm gonna miss you. You know what I've always wanted, we have the same size so you won't be that hard to look for the perfect late Christmas present for me. Lol. Seriously though, please come back soon and come back safe! Okay?) =)

My hair that is.. ^_^

I wear my hair up almost all the time because of the hot weather.

But tonight I decided to let it loose.

I had it permed months ago and it has become unruly. Anyway, the camera I ordered online arrived yesterday. It was a gift from mom. It's about time, haha.. I finally returned my cousin's camera after using it for months. The camera I got is Lumix LX5. I love it to bits! I love its wide angle lens and its many features. I still have to learn how to use it well though.

Just another school outfit. By the way, I haven't been wearing our school uniform this second semester. I'll be having my Internship this sem so I applied for a uniform exemption pass and here's my I.D.

I hated wearing the school uniform and I am soooo glad when I got the pass. It's so cool to enter the uni in my preferred outfit while everybody else are in their uniforms. Haha.. But it still sucks though coz if you wear anything above the knee even just an inch, the guards won't allow you to get in even if you beg. I had to pull this dress down and stretched it to its maximum length just so I could get in. =)

Anyway, this will be my last week in school this year. My Christmas vacation starts on Friday. And oh, two super awesome things will be arriving this week! I cannot wait! I'll blog about it when it arrives. My Christmas will be amazing! Haha.. And it'll be even more amazing if I win the Brandy Boots from Deathbyplatform's giveaway. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I was so tired when I took these photos, and look.. it showed. Haha.. And these photos were taken after my 9PM class. I was too tired but I just had to have an outfit photo for my blog. ^_^

So about the outfit, I was planning to wear just the shorts and top but when I went out of the house I realized that the weather was too cold so I went back in and grabbed my cardigan. Got a few compliments that day too. ^_^

Anyway, I'm loving the weather lately, Christmas na talaga. Hehe.. I can't wait for Christmas vacation, one more week and I'm done with school for the year. And three more months and it's byebye school for good. ^_^

smells like christmas

Last Saturday, December 4, my friends and I went to Avenue Square and I had dinner at Shakey's. I've always loved going to Avenue coz the place has really good ambience especially during the Holidays. There was a chorale group singing Christmas songs when we arrived. We weren't able to take photos of them coz my friends were already hurrying to Shakey's coz their stomach won't stop complaining. I've already eaten before meeting with them so i just ordered dessert. Vanilla shake has always been my favorite dessert at Shakey's. =)

We couldn't resist having our photos taken at the stage with santa and the christmas trees. So we took our time posing and goofing around. Too bad we had to go home early coz Flory has a curfew. Bummer..
I'm looking forward to spending more time with friends especially this coming holiday.

I really can't wait for Christmas vacation.. ^_^
